Refund policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, we will do our best to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Physical Products

We accept refund or replacement requests for physical products under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order never arrived and tracking confirms it was lost.

To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mythailand@outlook.de. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Incorrect size ordered — please check our size guide before purchasing.
  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services outside our control.

 

Digital Products (E-Books)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of e-books and digital products are final once the download link has been accessed. We are unable to offer refunds on digital products after delivery.

However, if you experience a technical issue — such as a broken download link, a corrupted file, or non-delivery — please contact us at mythailand@outlook.de and we will resolve the issue immediately at no cost to you.

If you have not yet accessed your download link and believe you purchased in error, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

 

How to Request a Refund

Email us at mythailand@outlook.de with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • A photo of the product if applicable.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
