1. Overview
Welcome to mythailand.shop, operated by My Thailand. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Products
Physical Products
We sell branded merchandise including singlets, tank tops, and apparel. All physical products are made to order and shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. Product colors may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor settings.
Digital Products
We sell digital e-books in PDF format, including '50 Shades of Farang.' Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link. Digital products are delivered electronically — no physical item will be shipped.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. My Thailand is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or spam filters. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us at mythailand@outlook.de.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. My Thailand reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional and sale prices are valid only for the duration of the promotion.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway. My Thailand does not store your payment information.
4. Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all physical products. Orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days for international orders, though delays may occur due to customs or local postal services beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. My Thailand is not responsible for delays caused by customs, lost packages once dispatched, or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mythailand@outlook.de with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of e-books and digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
