Shipping policy
Overview
All physical orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum spend, no exceptions. Digital products such as e-books are delivered electronically and are not subject to this shipping policy.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are not processed on Thai public holidays. If you place an order during a holiday period, processing will begin on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 10–16 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–16 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free on all orders worldwide. No shipping costs will be added at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties
My Thailand ships from Thailand/China. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping.
We are unable to predict or control customs delays. If your package is held at customs, please follow up directly with your local customs authority using your tracking number.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at mythailand@outlook.de within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking and we will investigate.
If tracking confirms your package has been lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We are unable to offer replacements for packages marked as delivered to the correct address.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. My Thailand is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, contact us at mythailand@outlook.de as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Digital Products
E-books and other digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase. There is no physical shipping involved. Please see our Refund Policy for information on digital product issues.
